A driveway is preferred but not required. We can detail at apartment buildings, condo complexes, office parking lots, and street parking — anywhere the vehicle can sit safely for the duration of the service. Just confirm with your property management that an outside detailer is allowed before booking.
For apartments and condos, we set up next to the vehicle in the lot and run our own power and water. We don't use building utilities. Setup is roughly a 10×15 foot footprint around the car.
Street parking works for shorter services like Silver Detail and headlight restoration. For Platinum or Jet Seal where the work spans 4–7 hours, we recommend a more sheltered spot.
