When done right, yes — the odor is gone for good unless you reintroduce the source. Our process breaks down the molecules causing the smell rather than masking them, so once smoke residue, pet urine, or food spillage is neutralized it does not come back on its own.
Caveats: if the source is still present (a hidden food spill we did not find, an active pet still using the car as a litter, ongoing smoking) the odor will return. Our quote includes a thorough interior search to find every source we can — but we are not psychic. If the car keeps smelling after our work, we want to know within a week so we can come back and address what we missed.
