Yes — Maximum carries general liability insurance covering work performed at customer locations, plus garage-keepers coverage for vehicles in our care. Customers and property managers can request a certificate of insurance (COI) before scheduling; we send them within 24 hours.
For apartment buildings and condo complexes that require contractor proof, the COI satisfies most property-management requirements. If yours has a specific endorsement requirement (e.g., naming the property as additional insured), let us know and we'll route the request to our agent.
